"Safety First"
Having and maintaining a successful safety program benefits a company both financially and ethically. When employees feel they are a part of something, their morale and workmanship will improve. A successful safety program will also increase much needed communication between management and employees. A well organized and safe infrastructure in a company will ensure constant improvements of products and methods, resulting in growth and success. J&A Midstream's safety program includes the following elements:
A safety meeting is required with all staff to show the dedication the company devotes to its safety program. Management leads by example and invests their best efforts to make the safety program a success. A safety culture will also increase customer confidence within the business organization and a positive safety record is recognized. Creating a positive, safe workplace will ensure high quality workmanship and customer service.
